Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We must be contacted by email { hello@cozyimo.com } within 2 hours from making the online purchase. Otherwise the order is processed and we are unable to make changes to our inventory records and credit card processing. If you accidentally completed an online order and forgot to add something to your cart before checking out, simply contact us immediately { within 2 hour from placing the order } and we may be able to add that item to your order without additional shipping costs. But this is on a per order basis and we might not be able to grant the request.
All in stock items ship within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the business, are not always in stock in all sizes at all times. Out of stock items can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Custom orders can take 5 Days or more. We do our best to send your order to you as soon as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days. Then, our mail carrier will pick it up and it should be in your hands within 5-7 business days!
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery which is not covered in our shipping rates.
Cozyimo and Bakliwal Emporium cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Bakliwal Emporium will not grant refunds of any kind.
We have many different vendors and packages that are part of the same order may be sent separately.
